The Irvine Valley men's basketball schedule has been released for the 2025-26 season.
Irvine Valley had a solid 2024-25 season with a record of 17-14 overall and made the So. Cal. Regional playoffs under first-year head coach Jason Garey.
Garey is just excited about this coming season, which starts with a Fall Showcase in September at Cerritos and then will play a scrimmage at Southwestern on Oct. 1 at 5 p.m.
The Lasers will then host their annual IVC Classic from Nov. 6 through 7 in its first official games of the year. Canyons, Cerritos and Ventura will be a part of the event.
More of IVC's schedule includes its annual trip to the Monterey Bay Classic Dec. 4-6.
And Irvine Valley begins tough Orange Empire Conference play Wednesday, Jan. 7 against Cypress at home at 5 p.m.

Irvine Valley had four players named all-OEC last season, including its best player that was a freshman.
Post player Matt Mowers was named to the first team.
Mowers avered 13.3 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game last year.
He scored in double figures in 25 games with a season high of 27 points at a 92-55 win at Riverside on Jan. 10.
