Former Irvine Valley all-Orange Empire Conference women's basketball player Trasara Alexander finished her junior year at NAIA Hope International University.
The combo guard played played in 15 games and started in eight contests.
Alexander, a redshirt junior, averaged 9.2 points and 5.8 rebounds per game for the Royals, who had a record of 14-13 overall.
She scored in double figures in six games with a season-high 19 points against Nobel last December. She also recorded a season-high 10 rebounds in two contests on the season.
Alexander spent her sophomore year at Biola University where she played in all 29 games and made four starts. She averaged 3.6 points per game and had a season-high of 15 points against Chaminade.
Alexander starred at Irvine Valley in the 2022-23 campaign.
The former Corona del Mar High standout, was named first team all-Orange Empire Conference after helping Irvine Valley to a record of 21-9 overall.
The team was ranked in the top 20 in the state the whole 2022-23 sesaon and reached a California Community College Athletic Association SoCal Regional Final.
Alexander played and started in all 30 of IVC's contests.
She averaged 15.4 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.3 steals per game overall.
Alexander scored in double figures in 23 games, including going for more than 20 points in seven games. She finished the year with 15 straight double-digit scoring performances.
Alexander had a career-high 33 points in Irvine Valley's 74-64 conference win at Fullerton on Jan. 20, 2023. In that game, she also made 6 of 11 three-point attempts.
She also had 15 games with at least 10 rebounds, including a season-best 16 boards in IVC's 58-51 win at Rio Hondo on Nov. 22, 2022.
In Orange Empire Conference play, was even better, averaging 21.0 points, 10.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals per contest.
