Irvine Valley's men's volleyball team goes on the road in a non-regional conference match and defeats Fullerton, 25-18, 25-21, 25-16, Wednesday night.
The Lasers improved their record to 2-3 on the year as they inch closer to conference action.
IVC back is back with a home match against El Camino on Friday at home at 6 p.m.
The Lasers hit an impressive .380 on the night with three players having at least nine kills.
Freshman outside hitter Connor Engelbrecht ended with 11 kills and just one error on 19 attempts and hit .526 in the contest.
He also added six digs and one assist.
Freshman outside hitter Kaarin Shiari added 11 kills and chipped in seven digs. He hit an impressive .529 in the contest.
And sophomore middle blocker Joshua Damianopoulos ended with nine kills and two blocks for the Lasers.
Irvine Valley also received 12 digs and two aces from sophomore libero Cage Gonzalez and 29 assists and three digs from freshman setter Isiah Sibbitt.
IVC plays again on Friday at home against El Camino at 6 p.m.
