Former Beckman High and Irvine Valley pitcher Valley pitcher, playing at UC San Diego, is now member of the OC Ripide squad.
Rhee moved on from IVC to NCAA Division 1 UC San Diego.
As a freshman at Irvine Valley he was among the league leaders in strikeouts per nine innings (10.01), WHIP (1.32), saves (5), appearances (20) and ERA (3.74).
At Beckman, Rhee was a four-time scholar athlete and the Patriots' 2019 MVP.
Irvine Valley plays again on Tuesday against Fullerton at home at 2 p.m.
The OC Riptide embarks in its 12th season and 11th season as a member of the California Collegiate League (CCL) in 2026.
