After three consecutive victories, the Irvine Valley men's soccer team dropped a hard-fought game to defending 3C2A champion Cuyamaca, 3-2, at home on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lasers received goals from sophomore forward Isaac Nixon off an assist from sophomore forward Armin Tehrani and then a penalty kick goal from Tehrani in the contest.
Freshman keeper Sansiro Murata finished with three saves for IVC.
