Former Irvine Valley men's soccer standout Anthony Ocampo was a big part of a successful seson at NCAA Division II Concordia this past fall.
The holding midfielder played in 15 matches and started 10 games for Concordia, which had a record of 8-7-1 overall.
Ocampo finished with one assist.
The former Trabuco Hills High player started for two years at IVC.
He helped Irvine Valley to a 12-4-6 overall record in and a 7-1-6 mark in the Orange Empire Conference in the 2023 campaign.
IVC finished second in the conference standings, was the No. 9 seed in the So. Cal. Regional Playoffs and made the regional playoff final.
Ocampo played in 16 matches and made 15 starts. He recorded three assists on the year.
He was also part of a 2022 IVC squad that finished with a record of 11-7-5 overall and also made the So. Cal. Regional Playoffs under coach Conor Ward.
Ocampo started 20 matches for the Lasers in 2022.
