The United Soccer Coaches announced the association's 2025 Men's and Women's Scholar All-America Teams, including the Scholar Players of the Year, for all levels of college soccer last week.
Irvine Valley freshman midfielder Cade Williams was selected to the junior college men's team.
Student-athletes on this year's Scholar All-America Teams will be formally acknowledged for their accomplishments on the field and in the classroom at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pa., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
Wiliams also starred on the field for the Lasers, helping the squad win the Orange Empire Conference, capture 13 victories and reach the So. Cal. Regional playoffs.
Williams, who was also selected first team all-conference, played in all 22 of IVC's matches. He started in 21 and finished with one goal and three assists.
